Ingrown Toe NailIngrown toenail or Onychocryptosis is a common form of nail disease. While ingrown nails occur in hands and feet, it mostly always occurs in the big toenail. This painful condition happens when the nail grows so that it cuts into one or both sides of the nail bed. The base of the nail becomes swollen, inflamed and depending on how severe the infection there can be pus or watery tinged discharge.
